Immune Boosting Soup Recipe

• 1 tbs bouillon powder, MSG free
• 1/2 onion sliced
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 knob turmeric root or 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 1tsp cumin
• 2 cups water
• 1 courgette
• 1-2 cups spinach
• Pink salt to taste
• Cracked pepper to taste
• 2 tbs almond butter


• Sweat the onion, garlic, turmeric and cumin in a little water.
• Add the bouillon. Add another cup of water to the saucepan. Bring to a boil. Meanwhile, peel the courgette and roughly chop.
• Once the onions and garlic have softened, pour the broth into a high speed blender, add the courgette, spinach and almond butter, blend well. If too thick, add more broth to desired consistency and season to taste.
